How sad to see that this hotel gets worse every year. The rooms, even though they've been painted and fixed up, honestly smell damp, the air conditioners don't cool at all. The service is still good because the people are friendly. Unfortunately, the food in the restaurants is terrible, dry and tasteless, and looks like it's been there for days. The elevators don't work, which makes it very unpleasant to wait so long for the only one that works to be available. On several occasions, people get trapped in them, and they don't have enough staff or the necessary tools for an emergency. It's a shame they're neglecting something that makes them so much money, because it's not cheap!
