Very poor customer service I purchased a piece of jewelry using the coupon sent me by the GF store. The website accepted the coupon and transaction went through. I did an actual purchase, not the “attempt”. My order was cancelled without any notification and money was paid. Nobody contacted me about refund until I contacted the store. I’ve been a regular customer but will never purchase from them again. You call your own store coupon a fraud attempt now? You send me a discount coupon and now publicly accusing me in fraud attempt? SHAME.
