Arrived at 6pm on a Monday and all staff had already gone home. Took multiple phone calls and text messages to reach anyone (they refused to speak by phone, they only send text messages). Was eventually sent to a completely different location 1/2 mile away. The walls were thin and the neighbors were very loud. The place was family friendly with small children screaming everywhere, good for families but terrible for couples/adults. I would not recommend this place and will definitely not stay again. Truly the worst service I’ve ever received
