Absolutely fantastic location. We stayed in an oceanfront room on the 3rd floor, which provided some privacy, as there’s a public walkway on the beach. We absolutely loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves crashing on the shore. The room was a bit dated but clean enough. Our room had a very comfortable firm mattress, mini kitchenette including a microwave and a coffee maker. I have included some photos of the property – it is very well maintained and gives you the feel of a great resort. The customer service staff were friendly, but there is room for improvement. The location is central to everything, with free parking and the Coconut Marketplace at the back. They do free hula lessons and lei making on Tuesday mornings. There is a fantastic coffee shop right next to the front entrance. What more could you ask for? Constructive feedback: quality of toilet paper and tissues could be improved as they fell apart easily! Room was clean enough but not in corners and under furniture.
