While not oceanfront, the property’s stunning landscaping featuring waterfalls and tropical foliage creates a sense of total seclusion in this North Shore neighborhood. A standout detail is the spacious private lanai in every unit, offering prime seats to the misty mountain views that many guests claim rival any beach vista.
The layout of the community is very beautiful and easy to navigate. Amenities are placed in good spots and easily accessed but at the same time somewhat private, away from heavy common areas. Maintenance / landscaping staff is out and keeping everything looking great every day. The company timeshare program is actually very intriguing and very different than traditional known timeshares that we all would run from. Their points program I saw as a long term hold investment with locking in a fixed vacation stay if that’s a choice that appeals to you. The resort welcome package was nice with an area map, food and restaurant list and participating businesses that offer discounts.
