We are deeply disappointed with our experience at Whiski Jack Resorts. Despite multiple attempts to reach out regarding being released from our agreement, we have yet to receive any response. The lack of communication and care is extremely frustrating. Our stays at Whiski Jack have also been far from satisfactory. The units are poorly maintained, with numerous issues that made our visits uncomfortable. To add to the frustration, there's consistently no parking available, and the staff interactions have been unhelpful and unpleasant. This is by far the worst property we've encountered, and we strongly advise everyone to stay away. We sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously and works toward improving their service and overall quality.
