I’ve noticed a lot of negative reviews, and while I respect those opinions, I think people are generally more likely to leave a review when they’ve had a bad experience. I just wanted to share my own perspective. I love my apartment and the building overall. My Super is great, and Management has been helpful. I’ve been living at 1164 River Ave, The Bronx for eight months now, and so far, everything has been great. I have no complaints.
