The service at the reception was sad. One young man and three young ladies, more interested in socialising than helping elderly visitors. We waited for a day to find out how the oven works because these was no signage left on the oven. We reported this three times. Maintenance could not help us. We eventually took a picture af an oven a few units away, to solve the problem. Reception not interested. No batteries in one of the TV remotes. I was requested to use the same batteries alternatively with the two remotes. No wifi and charcoal as indicated on the booking form. We had to linger on the stoep of the reception during a cold front to get signal to phone out. We found some worms between the blankets and sheets in one room. TV did not work the last day. No small carpets in front of the beds on freezing tiles in this cold weather. For now, stay away until there is management and leadership.
