We really enjoyed our time here, the staff were amazing and very helpful for some of our special needs that we requested. Juan Carlos is a waiter at couple of the restaurants there, he gave us exceptional service and shared good laughs with us. The hotel grounds are clean and well maintained. We were fortunate to see various animals. The hotel is located very close to a plaza that's literally across the street. Don't hesitate to go to the evening entertainment, each night has a different show and each were amazing! I have read reviews of people nit picking and felt some of them were just petty complaints. Enjoy your Viva experience.
