positives: the grounds are well maintained and beautiful. Staff are friendly and helpful. The gold cart shuttle service works fairly well. Negatives: rooms are in dire need of renovation with multiple items in our room and my in-lays rooms that were either broken or marginally functional (lamps, A/C, door locks, safe). Good and drinks are OK but not great and not commensurate with the price point or star rating.
