We had an amazing time once again at Hacienda Tres Ríos—our second visit, and it only keeps getting better! From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel incredibly welcomed and valued. It’s such a special feeling when staff recognize and remember you from a previous stay—it truly felt like coming home. A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful staff who made our stay so memorable: • Armando at the bar – friendly, attentive, and made every drink a treat • Victor and Edgar, the skilled bartenders – always with a smile and great service • Gilberto from room service – prompt, courteous, and professional • Kevyn, Anna, and Yuder at the concierge – extremely helpful and kind • Alma, now our amazing butler – attentive, thoughtful, and always one step ahead • And of course, Jesus, our trusted agent – dependable and always a pleasure to work with. Before to mention the sensory experience guy and our server from the Italian restaurant, and Il Porno staffs, we forgot their names some of them. Every part of the resort was immaculate, the food was fantastic, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had an exceptional experience. We can’t wait to come back again!
