First, forget about it. Cheap rent, cheap service. First day I moved in they stole my shovel and my hibachi for camping. The fridge was not working and they made a hole in my kitchen floor. Now almost every week a small thing disappears from my apartment. They rent to anyone. Thiefs, easy women and alcoolic people. And if you want to pay to put a piece of furniture to the garbage they answer do it yourself or put it in their small terrasse of pot smokers. They tell you suddenly that you did not pay 3 months of rent and that the judge will decide of your sentence. Please never complain about anything like my 2 crazy neighbors : one washes hrr clothes in the bathtub because we are too dirty for her in the laundry room. The other one downstairs put on and off his fan from kitchen every 30 seconds at night until 4:00 am. The walls vibrate you can't sleep and the manager doesnt care. Thank you. Manon
