The worst and most racist hotel I’ve ever seen. Definitely not worth staying at. The French “lady” at reception charged us extra for a room with a balcony and kept us waiting for nearly 3 hours, even though we had informed them well in advance. As if that wasn’t enough, housekeeping didn’t even clean the room. The next day, cleaning was finally done, but there were no cotton pads, no soap — nothing was restocked. When I went down to the night reception, the response I got was quite ridiculous: “We’ve run out of cotton pads and cotton swabs.” If these things aren’t available in a 4-star hotel, then just turn it into a hostel.
