This place is an absolute nightmare. Would not recommend to anyone. I got dropped off here at 7am and my keycard did not work to get into my room. The front desk office was CLOSED until 8am. I called their security number for “after hours” and got sent to voicemail every time. I even walked down to where the security office is… I heard their phone ringing from inside but not a single soul was even in there working. All lights off all doors locked. Only book here if you want to be left stranded in the streets of Myrtle! I recommend spending the extra money and booking somewhere that cares for your safety. Also this balcony is a joke.
