We had a two-bedroom unit with a screen porch. There's plenty of room and a good floor plan. I believe our unit is about ready for an update; probably on the schedule for next year as they were doing the units next door. The staff are wonderful. We like the location because it's off the beaten path and it is on the inner coastal waterway which we love. There's an indoor pool as well as three outdoor pools. Most of the time it's too cold in February to be outdoors, but we actually got a couple of great days in the sun I enjoyed getting on an inner tube and floating around and round on the outdoor "River " pool.
