I hope that sharing my experience will help someone avoid a mistake that I made. The hotel itself was pleasant. The rooms and service were okay, although the food could have been better. But the biggest thing you need to watch out for is a company that I assume they partnered with, which its called Leading Vacation Club. Within minutes of your arrival, someone will approach you and offer a promotional presentation in exchange for a free hotel amenity, even if you don't accept the promotion. Sounds appealing right? It does if you don't sign anything. If you're thinking "that's your own fault for signing," you're right! But the issue is they sell you something that it is NOT TRUE. They should be called Misleading Vacation Club. Without getting too much into details, they basically offer travel credits at a discounted rate, and also offer you a discount if you stay at The Reef the next time you visit. But once you are given access to their platform, it does NOT reflect their offer. You have 5 BUSINESS days to cancel, BUT they don't send you your log in info until 7 DAYS AFTER YOU SIGN. So please, go enjoy your vacation, even if you choose to attend their promotional presentation, but please don't sign anything. I promise it is NOT worth it, and it is FALSE advertisement. You will save THOUSANDS of dollars.
