This place is a HOT MESS. The only good thing I can say is the cleaning ladies kept the premises looking decent, and maintenance was on point. They always answered and fixed issues within a day or so! But everything else, a straight up mess. I swear, it felt like I was living under an elephant enclosure with how loud my upstairs neighbors were, walls thin as can be, and package thieves running wild. The neighborhood was sketchy, though most of my neighbors were decent. But the biggest issue? ROACHES! And not just 1 or 2, I mean ROACHES FOR DAYSSS!!! They were everywhere; in the house, the hallways, even the trash rooms. And speaking of the trash room? Funky as hell! That was the roach headquarters, where they linked up and parlayed until the trash people finally came to empty it a week later or so .Save your coins and find somewhere better to live. These nasty ass condos ain’t it!!!
