We absolutely love Edgewater and have stayed here many times! We’ve previously stayed in the villas and Tower 1, both of which we enjoyed. This was our first time staying in the Woodward Tower, and unfortunately, the experience wasn’t quite up to the usual Edgewater standards. The room felt very outdated, with noticeable wear and tear—some furniture had stains, and there were marks on the walls. The biggest issue was the AC not working properly in the bedroom, which made it uncomfortably warm. Thankfully, the ceiling fan and blackout curtains helped a little. On a brighter note, the pool is always a favorite part of our stay—absolutely beautiful and a major highlight for us. However, during this visit, we did notice quite a bit of trash and debris in both the pool and hot tub. It seemed like they may have been short-staffed, as I found myself constantly removing things from the water. Despite these issues, we still love Edgewater and will definitely be back. Hopefully, some updates and maintenance in the Woodward Tower can bring it up to the level of the rest of the resort.
