My husband and I visited this resort last weekend. We have never stayed here before, and I’m not sure that we will again. I’m not sure who does the cleaning at this resort, but they are not doing their job well. Our bedding and towels were clean, but those were the only things that were. Our bathrooms were very dirty (disgusting actually), the floors were filthy, there was food left in the fridge/freezer, and on top of it our tvs didn’t work. I had to ask the man fixing our tv to please send someone to at least clean our toilets because they were too disgusting to use (the lids were covered in hair and other things). A young man showed up to clean them, but did an average job at best. The shower in the master bathroom did not drain so we had to shower in the guest bath. They fixed our tvs (as far as we know) but didn’t leave a remote for us to use. By the time we got back to our condo that night, the front desk was closed so we weren’t able to get one to use our tv that night. Also, when I opened the door to let the man in to fix the tvs, he was smoking at our doorstep and then our condo smelled like smoke for a while. The staff was very friendly, but not at all professional and not doing their jobs well. I almost never place a bad review on the internet, but I feel like people need to be warned about the lack of cleanliness of this place.
