They were very nice and gave us a ground floor level room. I didn't realize the rooms would have two twin beds in one room. It would have been nice to have had two king size beds. The hot water needs to be warmer but I understand their reasoning to keep it low. But for four of us we ran out of hot water before we could all take a quick shower. The main problem we had while we were there is they were resurfacing the entire parking lot. So we had to park up by the office and walked down to our room. It would have been great if they had had a shuttle available at all times. One last thing the hot tub was closed and we had to go to a sister timeshare. Overall I would still go back there because it was nice and clean and the people were very friendly
