Nice location. A situation could have been handled better. We were in a suite. The next door neighbors kept calling about the hot water heater. But the hot water heater was in our unit. So we were sleeping and heard the door bell. The units are so close together that I had no clue it was our door bell. The maintenance staff just came right in with no knock. No phone call from the front desk. Nothing. They did the same exact thing the next day. They at least waited till I opened the door that day. They were in and out of our units two mornings straight. The other unit kept calling. We had no idea. They were getting up at 6 a.m. Just a bad situation. The other hotel guest made a racist comment that I could hear through the walls. Being a bi-racial couple, I don't tolerate that kind of stuff. After that, we decided to leave early. In the future, call the other guest to alert them that maintenance will be coming or to ask them if they are having a similar issue. Don't assume that you can come right in our unit if we did not call maintenance. The suite is so small we were unable to change our clothes. They did not even offer to give us 30 minutes to get changed and leave. They were just barging in and leaving our door open. Don't be cheap. Make sure every unit has its own water heater. With on demand water heaters, this is an easy fix. Especially since these units are very new. They did offer to move us after I spoke with them after deciding to leave. At that point, it was too late.
