I give it a 10! Ideal, comfortable location without the pricey updated look. The villas are clean and comfortable. The heat works well. The location is perfect! It's just a few minutes walk to the ski resort and to the rec center. The pool area is clean and although not huge it's spacious enough for 10-12 kids to play around. There's also a decent sized hot tub as well as a sauna. They offer games you can borrow and take to your villa. They have crockpots you can borrow also. That came in handy for cooking dinner while we were on the slopes all day. The beds are comfortable. They provide enough towels and linens inside the villas. There are no pool towels so keep that in mind. The pots and pans were stainless steel but rounded on the bottom which made cooking rather interesting. A small salt and pepper sample set, two dryer sheets and one sample bottle of detergent would have been ideal but no biggie. We've stayed with them for 4 years now and the staff are always kind.
