Do not live here. I had cockroach problems when first moving in, was minor and pest control had just came out so I thought it would go away. Said they came again about a month later and that’s when everything got worse. They crawl out from the trim on the wall, the outlets, there’s a whole below the dishwasher that they mainly come from. They’ve even gotten in my fridge and freezer but didn’t get very far due to temperature. I can’t even leave water out for my dog without them getting in it and I have to dump it. On top of that, I’m allergic to cockroaches so I’ve had multiple doctor visits and now have to take super expensive meds to help reduce my symptoms. This isn’t including people who smoke in the enclosed stairwells and in their apartment which leaks into other apartments. That’s only the tip of the iceberg. Bottom line, do NOT live here if you care for your health and well being. It’s affordable, but the cons severely outweigh the pros.
