Beautiful on the surface with lots of amenities. We have a cabin booked tonight but arrived a day early and stayed in their lodge (do not stay at the lodge!). Worst hotel/resort experience of my long, well-traveled life. The air condition didn’t work. It put out cool air but the room was VERY humid (and noisy)Bedding felt wet. Clothes felt damp in the morning. Everything stayed moist. When we reported it, they said they would look into it. We also reported a chirping fire alarm over our bed. We thought they would show up that evening but no one ever showed. I seriously considered sleeping in our car. The morning shift wasn’t even aware of our issues.
