We had a very pleasant 4 night stay here. Everyone from reception, restaurant, and room cleaning was very good, friendly. We had an early morning 7am transfer to the airport, and when requested the day before departure, they laid out a selection of pastries and drinks so that we wouldn't leave hungry, which was really appreciated. The reason for deducting stars on location is that the hotel is on a fairly steep incline, so if like myself you have mobility issues, then the location may not suit you or consider taxis. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.
