The apartment itself is alright, it has the absolute basics and is clean and the aircon works. The kitchen is lacking a few things like proper knives and a kettle. The outside of the building is in desperate need of some updates. The money you spend here does not get used to update the building exterior. There is no big sign anywhere that indicates you are at the apartments. There is parking space on the sight but one is not allowed to use it and must park in the street. 40 euro fine if you park in the wrong spot, so be careful. The hotel next to the building is very loud and plays music almost constantly. If you want a very relaxing, quiet location, this is not it. The shops are in walking distance though.
