I’m not writing a review but as a visitor to your front desk. Michelle your front desk worker has a very bad attitude Rotten personality I’m glad I wasn’t checking in she would be my first complaint of the day. My purpose on the property was to serve a subpoena to and owner of one of the unit. I first asked her is there a restroom I could use ? and her reply with rude attitude Yes down in the basement I said thank you. When I returned to the front desk. I then explained I’m looking for guest in room 1010 I have a legal document for him. And she then said I don’t know who stays in there !! I then explained if it’s a vacation rental and a guest is renting it I don’t want to disturb them. She said don’t know who stays in there I then asked do you manage the room? she said no. Go to the office over there with the sign on the wall with such a bad attitude Now I don’t know if I served her before? But she needs to remember anyone approaches the front desk you treat them with respect and customer service because you represent that Hotel. Smile give and aloha spirit not a ragged attitude. I’m sorry but that’s how she projected herself. Larry the general manager was very professional he helped me with what I needed. when I told him he needs to remove his front desk clerk she very unprofessional he said he take her like a daughter Well she needs more training in customer service seriously. She very rude .And very unprofessional. I worked in Hotel buiness for over 26 Years. If she was my employee she would be gone or placed in Stewarding where you wash dishes all day and not smile!!!!
