The staff are very friendly and helpful and the nearby beaches are beautiful. There are a couple of good restaurants nearby. Cooking facilities are also good with everything you need, except an oven. Sadly the apartments are quite drab and you can hear everything going on in the apartment next door as well as a lot of road noise. Plug sockets are outdated and do not fit regular European plugs. Wi-Fi doesn’t work inside the apartments. The worst part for us was the extra costs. You are charged for bed linen and towels as well as cleaning. The pillows are ridiculously thin and uncomfortable. You are also given a bill at the end for gas and electricity which came to over £70 for a one week stay, an unpleasant surprise at the end. There are also extra charges if you don’t meticulously clean and separate your recycling correctly which seems excessive. This is all rigorously checked before you leave. There is a small pool which we did not use at all as you are asked to wear a swimming cap, again at an extra charge if you don’t bring your own, why would you? The pool is also off limits for two hours during the middle of the day for no apparent reason. It is listed as a three star hotel but you cannot class it as a hotel due to the extra fees and cleaning you are required to do yourself.
