I would not even give this hotel 1 star ! Avoid it ! Unfriendly reception and staff. Would not let me sit on a sun lounger around the nice pool whilst we waited until after 5 pm to be let into our room . Not allowed to use the pool either yet it was sunny. We had been told breakfast was included in the booking then as we went to get the buffet told we could not eat there . Worst place I have ever stayed in . Badly run no manager to talk to. Quite dirty lift not working whole place needs closing down . Want a refund . It was our first night staying after flying from Uk very very unhappy start to our holiday .
