This review is for the golf course only; I can't write about the other amenities because they were not used. This course is like many other courses in Northern Minnesota that are struggling with the lack of rain this season. Most fairways, tee boxes, and rough were in a dry condition. The trade off is that you can get several extra yards out of each shot even when not well struck. The greens, however, were beautiful, well maintained, and challenging. The greens definitely require you to focus on getting a good read before each putt. Facilities could use improvement as set forth on the collection bucket next to the cash register in the club house. New facilities and more water would most likely restore this course to the beauty that it must have possessed in yesteryears.
