Detroit Lake is beautiful and the town by that name is friendly. Breezy Shores Resort offers a number of condos on the beach or very near the beach. The community center has a pool and hot tub (although the hot tub was not hot when we visited). The center also has a variety of table games (table tennis, air hockey, etc.), beach games, and other games. The condo was clean and nicely maintained. We were there for fall colors. The area did not disappoint.
