All around pretty terrible experience. Chose to stay here the other weekend because many years ago it was a nice place. This time everything was a disaster. It was not mentioned until checking in that it’s $20 extra for each extra car. So with friends joining me we had to pay $40 extra for parking. Then in the room we found a nail in our bed sheets. When we mentioned this they did not apologize at all and when they re did the bed they didn’t even throw the nail away, they just moved it to the dresser. The pools were also all closed, a fine was listed if you opened your sliding door. The first morning we had NO hot water at all and the sink was leaking all over the floor. Once again when we mentioned the issues they said they will take care of it but shrugged it off and not once apologized or seemed concerned about any of these things. One apology would be nice since we were the ones paying to stay. Besides the room being spacious and in a decent location there isn’t anything nice to say unfortunately and I’m not a picky person when it comes to hotel rooms.
