We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and very spacious! Staff were all friendly and helpful and we loved the old style charm of the hotel. Safe and free parking. The pool was nice and we also took advantage of the sundeck for a bit. The location of the hotel is a catch 22. It is right in the middle of everything and so much is nearby but we didn’t want to be walking outside at night. A lot of drug users and homeless and the sidewalks were filthy. This is no reflection on the hotel, I just find you see a lot of this in Reno. Overall a great stay and we would definitely stay again.
