Rent your timeshare
Travelers seeking a peaceful retreat on the Strip often choose a non gaming Las Vegas timeshare over crowded casino hotels. The atmosphere here trades slot machine noise for a relaxed environment where you can actually unwind. After exploring nearby attractions, guests return to spacious living areas and the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. Grab quick snacks from the on-site Marketplace deli or prepare a family meal using the high-end appliances provided in your private space.
Stepping outside reveals a beautifully designed pool deck that serves as a quiet oasis away from the city's usual frenzy. Spend the afternoon lounging by two heated pools, soaking in a whirlpool spa, or playing on the full-sized basketball court. Booking a Hilton Grand Vacations on the Boulevard condo rental gives groups the perfect balance of resort-style amenities, like the eforea Spa, and the comforts of a residential home.
Travelers embrace Hilton Grand Vacations on the Boulevard as a refreshing, non-gaming oasis on the North End of the Las Vegas Strip. The atmosphere is relaxed and family-focused, offering a quiet counterpoint to the typical casino frenzy. Guests rave about the residential-style suites with full kitchens and the genuinely responsive service that makes the property feel welcoming. A standout detail is the convenient Marketplace deli, perfect for grabbing snacks before enjoying the rare luxury of a full-sized basketball court on the pool deck.
Hilton Grand Vacations on the Boulevard is a fantastic home base for a Vegas trip—especially if you want a little peace and quiet without sacrificing access to the Strip. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the mini kitchen setup—perfect for leftovers or a quick breakfast before heading out for the day. The beds were super comfortable, and having in-room laundry was a major bonus for a longer stay. The pool area is lovely and relaxing, with plenty of lounge chairs and a more laid-back vibe than some of the louder, party-centric hotels. If you’re looking to unwind between adventures, it’s ideal. While it’s located at the north end of the Strip, it’s still very walkable or just a quick Uber ride to most major attractions. And the fact that it’s not attached to a casino is actually a plus if you’re looking for a break from the constant buzz. The staff was friendly and helpful, and check-in/check-out was quick and seamless. Overall, this spot strikes a great balance between comfort, convenience, and value—especially for families, longer stays, or anyone who wants a little space to breathe in between Vegas outings.
