First time staying with 99, great experience! Ron and staff are extremely informative and helpful, the property looked well, pool was closed half the week for maintenance, no biggie. The room was huge, oceanfront, large wrap around balcony. Some of the furniture was a bit dated, no biggie either. Clean, everything worked as it should, good cable package, HBO and lots of others. I like the security of 99, garage is locked when office staff leaves, gate and doors are operated with room keys. Great stay!
