Kimberly at the front desk is charming and a delight. Every day she had a new suggestion that made the experience better. The maintenance crew were polite and efficient. The location is great with plenty of parking and wonderful ocean views. About a mile and a half from the main street through Ormond, with great proximity to anything you need. Maybe next time, I'll stay in one of the suites!
