The resort is beautiful, well kept and the amenities are top of the line. The condo is very nice. It is clean, well appointed, the king bed in the master is very comfortable, the shower is huge! The 2nd bedroom was supposed to have a king bed per condo description but it is 2 twin beds pushed together... The beds were comfortable but not for a couple. The description should state 2 twin beds not a king bed. When I received the instructions 2 weeks before we were to arrive it stated 2 twin beds. I called to ask about the king bed vs 2 twin beds and was told there would be a $35 fee to push the beds together to make a "king" bed... The Director I spoke with was not even remotely kind or empathetic even though the description for the condo states king beds in both bedrooms. Two twins pushed together is not a King bed.... This would have been a 5 star rating if not for the Director's rudeness when asked about the King bed situation and charging a $35 fee.
