Ruthless organization; 30 day no cancel policy. AVOID. There are better ways to stay in Hilton Head. My 79 year old father had a serious fall and injury and yet Vacasa would not move the dates, would not re-list the property my parents had rented, and would not provide a future credit. Nothing. 3 different Vacasa reps brutally stood behind their cancel policies and my parents ate $1000. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
