I spent a week here in October 2023. It's in a good location. After reading some other reviews, the unit was in better shape than I thought it would be. Other than some sand on the floor, the unit was clean. It could use some renovations, but they're not in dire need. The location is less than a block from the beach and there are several good restaurants nearby. The staff was efficient, not particularly friendly, but not rude.
