I give the staff 11 stars! They go above and beyond from the kindness of their heart and not just because of their employment there. My vacation was stress-free fun and enjoyable and the staff had a lot to do with that. My room balcony was literally over the beautiful bay water. sitting out watching the sunrise and sunset was breathtaking, purely paradise. It's on Thames Street in Bowmans wharf where all the shops and restaurants are, Everything you need is less than a 5min walk. 100% recommend it!!
