Let me start off by saying the view is spectacular! The hotel grounds are well taken care of. The lobby and everywhere one may walk is well taken care off. Staff is friendly and helpful if you ask. Now for the not so good. Shower went from temperature one set to to extremely hot for about a sec then to desired temp for a couple of secs than cold for a sec and cycle repeats... brought to their attention nothing ever done. Pools tiles were coming apart at pretty much every pool. Got poked several times due to this very uncomfortable. The pools service took forever and I mean forever. 1 to 2 hours to get a drink. One of the time I ordered ice cream for kiddos and probably took them 2 hours to bring it. I had forgotten. We came back from lazy river to find melted ice-cream. And yeah I was still charged even after I complained. My biggest gripe is we went during "spring break" and all but one restaurant was closed. Indoor pool was closed for remodel and sadly the hotel has been under construction for years... yeah years.. I don't see them finishing it as your money has been invested elsewhere. Its such an eyesore. At least paint the exterior. Lastly the road leading up to their hotel is full of pot holes all over. Be very careful and watch out for them train tracks.
