I need to start by saying... Ignore the bad reviews! For some reason most people that leave comments have had a bad experience for some reason or another. Rarely do people leave a review of a positive experience so to set the record straight... This is an excellent complex with clean and comfortable rooms, 4 swimming pools and amazing customer service. In addition, for those who want it, there are daily activities and an on-site entertainment team that do an amazing job. We are here without children but can see the benefit that the team would be to families. Security on site is present and visible at all times so there are no concerns there either. We are in room 516a which is a short walk through the excellently kept grounds to the main pool. Rooms are not attended daily as this is a resort, not a hotel but if you need fresh supplies of anything, you simply need to ask and the room staff and maintenance teams will attend to it immediately.We have enjoyed 16 nights here and this will be our first choice on the next visit. We have been visiting Orlando on a fairly small budget for over 20 years and this has been our best experience by a mile. The location is one of the best available just 6 miles from the Disney parks and around 15 minutes from universal studios. Thank you so much to the staff and management for keeping this resort so well and giving us a very lovely experience. We hope to return in September.
