The staff is great but not as nice as the pictures. Our first room toilet didn't flush dryer didn't work one tv was broken and was obviously broken into at some point. Pool heaters and hot tub didn't work and haven't for some time from what we were told by the staff. We got a free breakfast and new room which was better. Breakfast wasn't anything special I couldn't see paying for breakfast every day. Next time we definitely won't be staying here again.
