This place looked really good and the pricing was great. Took a second drive by today and there was some crazy dude by unit 12 standing outside yelling in his underwear. If these are the types of tenants at Las Roses I will not be leasing here. *shakes head*. Unfortunate. The manager lady i talked to was the sweetest lady ever. I just dont want to be neighbors with a dude that is clearly a meth head :(
