Feel free to ask the staff if you need anything as they are really accommodating and can bring extra paper od blankets with rooms service if you ask at the reception and the arrive within roughly an hour or two when they do their rounds, some stairs aren't that easy to see so you need to look where you are going when walking around. Very nice pools one heated and shallower then the cold one but you are still able to swim in(1.40m), the cold pool is perfect for kids as they have a warmer pool for babies (5cm at te shallowest -75cm deepest)but a deeper cold pool for the older kids where it's 2.35m deep to 1.35m A very nice place and a gorgeous view
