We wanted to go on vacation from June 2nd to 8th. This was completely impossible in this hotel. We had booked one of the best suites with a sea view. It was just impossible to sleep there. The noise from the restaurant directly below was unbearable. That same night, my wife went to the reception to complain and was brusquely and extremely rudely turned away. After complaining to our travel agency, we were assigned a new room the next day. Much smaller and with a single-person bathroom. The handover was also arrogant and unfriendly (without reimbursement, of course). That wasn't enough. The pool area was equally unbearable. We were only there twice, very briefly. Pounding, unbearable music with a volume suitable for a concert with 100,000 people. Furthermore, most of the guests were noisy and drunk. The poor staff, who were only friendly at the pool, were. Check out. "Your credit card - Thanks - that's it - for us too. This very unfriendly, guest-uncaring hotel has seen us forever.
