We booked a week and let them know that we had a Certified service dog. My husband is 100% disabled.. After sending in all our paperwork, they would not give us an answer, which is illegal, It’s not about them, approving a disabled person who Has a service dog, but they will delay you over and over until you give up. The management company said they had to talk to their supervisor a couple of days later the supervisor said they had to run it by the entire homeowners board. Finally, we said if we can get our money back obviously you don’t want us to stay And we will gladly go somewhere else. They gave us our money back. So if you are disabled and have a service dog, don’t even try to go There. They will do anything they can to get you to cancel your reservation because they don’t want you there. It was very stressful and we didn’t need that.
