The vibe is distinctly peaceful yet active, allowing you to shift easily from lounging by one of eight pools to catching a live show at the historic on-site theatre. Service is consistently praised, particularly the quick text-message support, but the true insider tip is using the complimentary golf cart shuttles—an absolute lifesaver for navigating the massive, hilly grounds with ease.
Really a beautiful and massive resort that offers just about everything you can think of. Multiple pools (although only 1 with a snack shack/bar), gym, rec activities, golf courses and a spa. The restaurant was the only negative of the trip as it smelled of sewage and the food was bland all around. The staff was super attentive and very helpful with all of our questions. We never had a chance to take advantage of the shuttle but we did see it multiple times and it seems like a nice benefit as well.
