I’ve stayed here several times in the past and although the hotel needs some serious renovations, it is at a great location. I like how conveniently close it is to the beach and a couple bars on the boardwalk. This time around I had a similar experience from other reviewers. I booked through Priceline & was told by the front desk that they never got our reservation just a couple days before our trip although I had already been charged by Priceline for the stay. From the looks of it this is a reoccurring issue that this hotel / timeshare has and they have not figured out a way around it. I recommend that if you are booking with them make sure to call way ahead of time. I’m just happy I called days prior to my trip and am able to look for other accommodations for my stay. It was very inconvenient and unprofessional.
