We have exchanged into this resort or rented here on several occasions over the past thirty plus years. Unfortunately, maintenance and upgrades just have not been done. Wifi is terrible with up to two dozen units sharing one router often with multiple devices per room. As an individual who works remotely, I rely on internet access and it just is not dependable even when there is a signal. Appliances are very dated and the stucco interior walls clearly have measurable layers of paint. One of the four buildings was condemned several years ago and has not been repaired or removed. Lisa, at the front desk, is always pleasant and helpful to the extent that she is able to given limited resources. The main building is right on the beach with a lifeguard station adjacent to the property. There are ample places on the patio and beach to read, relax or work and the pool area has nice grills for personal outdoor cooking.
